Can I pick up my order instore?

We don't offer click and collect so you can't pick up your stuff instore. We ship all sendings out of our external warehouse.

  • Cash on deliery (only within Serbia)

Shipping Costs

Serbia: Serbian Post Shipping Costs depends on quantity & weight. If you pay via Cash on delivery add RSD 300-500. 

EU/other Countries: Shipping with Serbian Post, prices will be calculated during order process regarding quantity, weight and country. 

Delivery Time

We ship the ordered item(s) at the same day we receive the payment for your order and you will get an email with the tracking information for your order. Local Tax / Customs may occur, which is not in our responsibility.

Serbia: 1-3 Business Days

International: 5-14 Business Days 

Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to change or cancel orders afterwards. You are welcome to return the package to us (returns are possible within Serbia). We will refund the amount as soon as possible after the goods have been received. However, you can place a reorder with the correct data and the desired items as long as it is shown as available in the online store.

A complete cancellation of the order afterwards is usually not possible either. Please contact our customer service immediately after completing your order. 

Do you ship "instore only" releases or can I preorder them?

Sorry, but we don't have any possibility to sell "instore" - products or releases out of our stores and we don't take any preorders.

How can I return?

EU and outside EU: Please note that all sales made outside of Serbia are final! 

Can I return instore?

Sorry, we don't offer instore returns. Please follow our description in the "How can I return" section.

Can I exchange products?

Sorry, we can‘t exchange articles because of technical reasons but we are offering a possibility to trade.

Product is shown as SOLD. Will there be a restock?

Restocks are not very common, but not impossible. Sometimes we'll get a restock and we will still inform you via our homepage. Feel free to like and subscribe us on Facebook and Instagram.

Can I preorder any products?

We don't take any preorders. We want to keep it fair for every customer. 

Can you tell me if any product or size is instore available?

Just check the product page. We have some indicators right below the sizetable. Just click on your size and check them.
